Power Driven Stage 2 Pushrods — 2003–2010 Ford 6.0L / 6.4L Powerstroke
The factory pushrods on the 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke are a known weak point on modified or high-mileage engines. Under heavy towing or elevated boost, the stock pushrods can bend or fail — causing misfires, valvetrain noise, and costly head work. The Power Driven Stage 2 pushrods are built from 4130/4135 chromoly tubing, heat-treated to 42–46 Rockwell hardness, with a 3/8" diameter and .145" wall thickness for significantly more rigidity than the OEM units. At 275,000 psi tensile strength, these stay straight where the factory rods don’t.
