Cancellation Policy:

All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% fee due to payment processing fees when an order is cancelled. This includes, but is not limited to: ordering the wrong part, cancelling the order due to lead time, or any other reason. We are generally able to waive the fee if you would like to change your order to another product of the same or greater value. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact

Carli, Kryptonite, Forced Inductions, Flux, HSP, Synergy, EvilFab, and SDP Products - 20% cancellation fee if cancelled before waiting 8 weeks, due to extended lead times.


Lead Time Notice:

Many products we sell carry a lead time, specifically powder coated products which are made to order. Once you have placed an order for a powder coated item, we are unable to cancel the order due to the custom nature of the product. If you need a product quickly, please contact before ordering to check if we have the part in stock. 



If you wish to return a product, you must contact; if your return is approved there will be a 15 to 25% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Please be aware that any special order products and many open box products are not eligible for return. All powder coated products are considered special order and not eligible for returns.



For warranty inquiries, you must contact - warranty process will vary depending on the manufacturer. Warranty only covers replacement or repair of the part in question. We are not liable for any labor cost, or subsequent damage to other parts or the vehicle. Warranty only covers manufacturing defects, and does not cover damage from improper install or abuse.


Drop Ship Notice:

Please be aware that some products are drop shipped, which means your chosen method of shipping may not always be used and shipping speed is subject to change.
