Factory 48RE transmission cooler lines are a known failure point — they corrode, crack, and leak, often without warning. When they go, you're looking at transmission fluid on the ground and a truck that won't tow. The Power Driven 48RE Cooler Line Kit replaces the entire factory steel line system with premium USA-made rubber-coated hose rated for 300°F and 300 psi — the same hose we've run 100,000+ miles on a built hot rod tow rig without a single issue.

- All necessary fittings and pre-cut cooler lines for a complete replacement
- 1/2" ID USA-made hose rated for 300°F and 300 psi

Why Not Just Use Auto Parts Store Hose?
Most commonly available transmission hose fails within a couple of years under the heat and pressure of a working 48RE. We've tested it — it falls short. This kit uses hose we've validated over 100,000 miles on a hot rod Cummins tow rig. It's the best hose we've ever found for this application, and we've made it available by the foot for custom builds too.
