The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD555 is a direct-fit replacement for the tired turbo in your 2007.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LMM. Issues such as excessive temperatures, over-speeding of the turbo, a lack of lubrication, oil contamination, or worn seals can slowly cause damage to the turbo in your Chevy or GMC truck.

Xpressor OER Series Remanufactured Turbochargers follow a comprehensive remanufacturing process to ensure it meets O.E. specifications. Each turbocharger begins with a complete disassembly and all components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Checks are then performed for any microscopic damage to the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly.

Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like new finish. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. Finally, all critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.

A 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM sweep along with a NVH analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components. In addition, hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing is done as well as hot gas stand and burst test validations.
