Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. This Track Series air filter was specially designed for the Raptor R and features a carbon fiber top.
Lightweight twill weave carbon fiber tube directs the filtered air from the massive air filter to the engine. It is computer designed and dyno tested to increase air flow while reducing weight and enhancing the visual appearance of the engine bay. The tube is manufactured out of 100 percent carbon fiber material (No fiberglass).
The included massive air filter is surrounded by an open-element Xlpe (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing that minimizes warm engine air for maximum performance. Its open design allows for easy viewing of the air filter and delivers an aggressive Air Intake sound. It utilizes the vehicle's factory air inlet.
