Xpressor OER Series Remanufactured Turbochargers follow a rigorous remanufacturing process to ensure it meets O.E. performance specifications. Each turbocharger is completely disassembled right down to the last nut and bolt. Once disassembled into individual components, each part is thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Next, checks for microscopic damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly are performed. Before reassembly all bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like-new condition. The wheels and rotating assemblies are then balanced to OEM specifications. All critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.

To ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components, a 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM range along with a Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) analysis. In addition, burst test and hot gas stand validations are done as well as leak tests for both oil and air.
